Jackie & Zito's Elopement at Loveland Pass

The First Look

We headed up to Loveland Pass around 4:30 AM for sunrise vows. It was sooo cold but Jackie was such a trooper. Our timing could not have been better, as the sun started to peek over the mountains just as we set up the first look. Jackie looked so beautiful with the sunrise sky and snow covered mountains around her, and Zito was in complete awe. As they read their vows to each other, the sky kept changing from dusky pink to yellow.

After taking a warm up break in the car, we crossed the street to change up the background.

One of the best parts about eloping in the mountains is that your best friend can come and play :)

And of course, we had to pop a bottle of bubbly to celebrate these beautiful newlyweds. We went down to the alpine lake for that.

This day was so beautiful and fun, and perfect for Jackie & Zito. They got to celebrate their love in the setting they love with their dog, after having to cancel their big wedding because of the pandemic. The great thing about elopements is that you can do it your way without the pressure of tradition, and there are no rules. I can’t wait to do more elopements in this beautiful state of Colorado, and eventually worldwide!!
